Shout! Factory will be releasing the complete collection of Japanese series Transformers Headmasters on DVD on July 5, 2011, according to an Amazon.com product page. The company announced revealed earlier this year that they will release a set for the series totaling four discs.

The set is currently listed at $29.96 list price with Amazon.com price at $20.99.

According to TV Shows On DVD, the studio name, listed as "Uni Dist Group (Music)," means the Universal Music Group. This company, in turn, is the parent company of Vivendi Entertainment, a distribution partner of Shout! Factory.

TV Shows On DVD also notes that early retailer information provided by the Vivdendi Canada indicates that the series will be released in the original Japanese stereo audio track with English subtitles.

Whether or not English dubs will be available is unsure at this time.
