Takara Tomy Announce Transformers Generations TG-31 Rhinox and TG-30 Waspinator Figues
BaCon - Friday, September 06, 2013

Takara tomy has sent TFSource information on the Japanese Generations TG-31 Rhinox and TG-30 Waspinator! We know these are almost assured to have US releases as well, and exactly how the Takara versions differ is unknown at this time. However as most of the prior Japanese Generations have featured metallic paint apps and some variations in color, these will most likely follow-suit. Preorders up at TFsource here:

If trying to track down Groove for May Mayhem has you a bit down, the official Transformers Facebook page wants to help! Today they've shared a stop motion video they've created featuring Groove living up to his name. The dance might be a little more engaging if not held in silence as it is, but he's sure making a go of it! Even though the special release Deluxe was in very short supply for the May Mayhem event, it looks hopeful for more to turn up a little later this year for anyone who didn't have a chance. Meanwhile, keep reading to check out this quick video!
Loopaza Mega Store has posted scans of the latest issue of Figure King Magazine to Facebook, and the most interesting part is a good look at all the new parts afforded to Unite Warriors Computron's most ambtious remold, Nosecone! Sporting a new head, treads, a drill, and what appears to be three guns, Nosecone takes the best Deluxe mold in Combiner Wars and makes it (hopefully) even better. Keep reading to see all the scans!
We have a few new in hand photos of the Legends wave from Titans Return. While these are not especially an amazing revelation at the moment, these do give a first clear look at Stripes - at least a first since Botcon - and some new size comparisons with more recent toys. Of note, Rewind and Wheelie seem distinctly shorter than the previous couple of years' Legends Class figures. And as a special find, it seems that the Masterpiece Daniel Witwicky minifigure manages a decent fit inside Wheelie's vehicle mode! You can see all of this in the full article below.
The Youtube channel for Kal El Reviews has followed up from the original posting of the review for Titan Class Fortress Maximus with two more videos with a little more focused coverage. First is a comparison video running through the similarities and changes between 2013's Titan Class Metroplex and the new Fort Max. After that is a video running through the step by step transformation from robot mode, to ship, to battle station, and back to robot again. We've embedded both videos below for your convenience, so keep reading and check it out!
Entertainment Weekly has just posted a story about Comixology's new monthly subscription service, Comixology Unlimited! The service offers unlimited access to a pool of comics for USD $5.99 a month - and judging by good ol' Ironhide being smack-dab in the middle of the site's promotional image, which we've included here, odds seem good Transformers comics will be in the mix! We're not sure yet which ones or how many, but keep reading for details!
