The fifth webisode of Machinima's Combiner Wars cartoon debuted today, and in support of that they've partnered with stop motion artist counter656 to have a special video produced. The short depicts a battle between Devastator and Windblade, played out using Transformers Generations toys - and undoubtedly a great deal of time and labor by counter656! The video also features a short clip of the Combiner Wars cartoon itself ...of a scene that hasn't actually properly debuted yet! We have the video embedded below, and you'll definitely want to check it out.
James Raiz - who has worked on IDW's Transformers himself - has conducted an interview with More Than Meets The Eye's Alex Milne! In it Milne talks about his current projects, his visit to a comics con in Indonesia in October, and his history as a comics artist dating all the way back to Dreamwave. Keep reading to see!
This week's episode of Combiner Wars is up on go90 for US viewers! Titled "Homecoming," this episode largely represents a return to form after last week mixed things up a bit. Keep reading for a link to go90!
Astrotrain is very clearly Sentinel Prime... or rather, Sentinel Prime was obviously a "pretool" of Astrotrain, considering just how good a rendition of the G1 cartoon character this is. Sentinel Prime's combat earmuffs even make sense now as the blocks on Astrotrain's shoulders! As with Sentinel, this is a solid if basic figure that does everything it tries to do pretty well. Click here to see 94 photos of Astrotrain and his Titan Master partner Darkmoon!
The Earth based Autobots are doing cleanup operations in the aftermath of the final battle with Galvatron''s Decepticon faction. Meanwhile, Earth''s new Autobot City has its first visitor, none other than the resurrected Sentinel Prime, and he has some business with Alpha Trion... "Titans Return: White Light" is written by John Barber and drawn by Livio Ramondelli. Click here to read the review!
