The University of Pennsylvania's student newspaper The Daily Pennsylvanian reports that "Transformers 2" will tentatively start shooting on campus June 12th.

University spokeswoman Lori Doyle says the Quad, Psi Upsilon Tau fraternity house - also known as "The Castle" - and possibly Locust walk and Spruce Streets will be a focus of filming locations.

Plot details were cannot divulged due to the non-disclosure agreement, but Penn authorities say the filming will involve 200 people, 25 tractor-trailer trucks and cranes.

There is no information as to how long filming at the university will take.
