The reports by way of Slashfilm and TFLAMB with news about the Production Weekly is reporting via a
Tweet that
Tranformers 3 is said to be revving up and headed for the Majestic Star Casino in Gary, Indiana on April 12th for a "pre-vis scene." I assume that means, pre-visual? There's also some very bogus looking images posted by
The Realm Toys of a late model Dodge Charger with a Decepticon emblem on an unidentified back-lot.

Supposedly these came from a mole on the set who snapped the images with his cell-cam:
"I was doing my normal rounds on the lot and came across the Transformers 3 work. All the stuff that you guys had reported SuperHeroHype had was there and more! The main Transformers cars are all there including 2 that I didn’t see in the previous movies. One is a autobot that I couldn’t get close enough to take a picture of because it was being guarded so that it would not be scratched/ damaged. It was a red Ferrari. The other (which wasn’t being guarded as heavily) is a decepticon. It was a dark navy Dodge Charger. I managed to snap a couple of pics with my cell. Sorry for the poor quality."
Note there is no mention of a the Red Ferrari Bay revealed in a previous news
report. Upon further review, the images appear to show a 2010 Dodge Charger when it is most likely Bay would be working with something more modern, if not a concept. However, vehicle-based Decepticons have mostly been modern vehicles (Saleen Mustang for Barricade and Audi R8 for Sideways). Even if it as a 2010, it would very likely be more customized than the car that appears in the images.
April fools, or coincidence?
