TFCC Magazine Issue 49 Beast Wars Shattered Glass Story-Line Details

The Transformers Collectors' Club have tweeted out some updates on the "Beast Wars Shattered Glass" comic that we reported on recently. They have offered some details that clarify where the new comic will be going with some reveals that we will be see them go up against the Predicons on Earth. Check out the tweets below for all the updates.
+ CV characters are in the Shattered Glass Universe. A handful went through a wormhole and ended up on a prehistoric SG earth.

+ Lets clear up some things about the 2013 story BEAST WARS Shattered Glass... The SG Universe is now home to Classics Earth.

+ Along with Classics earth, a few dozen Heroic Autobots and Evil Decepticons now reside in the Shattered Glass Universe.

+ BEAST WARS Shattered Glass takes place in the distant past on Shattered Glass Earth and features the Heroic Maximals led by Ultra Mammoth

+ Fighting against the Evil Predacons. WHO these Preds are will be revealed in Issue 49. The story focuses on the Classics characters.

+ However, with this story taking place ON Shattered Glass Earth, there may be some cool twists...

The official BotCon Twitter account has revealed the creator behind this year's Transformers Timelines Story. Timelines is the fiction published in the Collector's Club magazines in prose and comic format and provides the source material for the exclusive toys for every BotCon. This year, they've got a big name with lots of solid Transformers experience - find out who below!
Though a website update is pending at the time of this writing, via the Botcon Twitter account, Fun Publications has revealed the latest addition to the 2014 guest roster as none other than James Roberts, writer of the highly praised More Than Meets The Eye! Fans of the current IDW titles planning to attend this year's convention should be very excited! While we wait for botcon.com to update, you can see the original tweet below.
In a bit of a shocking move, the Botcon website has revealed that not only is a G1-flavored recolor of Energon Scorponok the 4th boxset toy for this year, but they've also made it a functioning Headmaster! While up to this point everyone believed that the previous reveal of Devcon would mark the main must-have figure from the set, it's probably safe to say that's been blown away by today's news. The Transformers: BotCon twitter account has posted a bunch of tweets about the 4th figure which is said to the biggest (size) BotCon figure yet. One of the tweets mentions the figures will crowd this years box with the toys just barely fitting. We also have a new look at this Olin fellow from Tornado's Facebook page who reveals him as "Olin Zarack" See the tweets and images below for the full details.
The official BotCon 2014 page has been updated with a new image asking "Who is Olin?" They teased us sometime ago about another Squirm character that was said to have a human form. Now we have another concept design shows a second human like character. See the image for the preview until we know more about what is said to be the most important reveal coming to the Pirates vs. Knights story line yet.
