Yeah, that's where I'm coming from too. I enjoyed the Star Trek movie, but we were talking script, and for me Star Trek was a movie I liked in-spite of it's script/premise not because of it. |

The time travel portion of the new Star Trek, along with the physical humor with the bloated hands, were the weakest points of the movie. |

Star Trek was not about Time Travel. It was about entering another dimension. It was like Crisis (Earth 1/Earth 2) in DC comics. You run into Older or Younger or Different Versions of yourself But it has nothing to do with going back in time. This is why Star Trek Worked! |
