I would guess if they made a movie with 2 directors (Michael Bay and someone who can actually direct) it would only be half a bad as a movie made with Michael Bay as the only director, based on the mathematics. I do not advocate the two director theory. I think that was more of a rhetorical, "Bay does action well, to bad some one else can't help with the story/characters" kind of thought. And yeah, you're absolutely right that was Arcee. I got my chronically unreleased fembots mixed up.
