Transformers: The Last Knight - UK Listing For Tiny Turbo Changes Reveals Size, Possible TF5 Mobile Game
RAC - Saturday, February 25, 2017

The UK toy retailer Smyths has posted a listing for the Tiny Turbo Changers, the new transforming blind-bagged figures revealed last weekend at Toy Fair 2017! Thanks to these listings, we know a couple of new things about these, including their size and an interesting detail about their packaging that could hint at a Transformers: The Last Knight mobile game. Keep reading to see!
Receive 1 of 12 Tiny Turbo Changers Series 1 figures
Designed with eye-catching detail
Dimensions: H4cm
Each figure converts in 1 to 3 easy steps
Contents: 1 Tiny Turbo Changers Series 1 figure and slip sheet

Tiny Turbo Changers Series 1 figures deliver fan-favourite characters from Transformers: The Last Knight movie in a collectible 4cm. Get ready for an epic line-up of new convertible figures. Each figure converts in 1 to 3 easy steps. Grab a piece of the Transformers lore and become part of the legend.

So we now know the height is 4 centimeters, or a little over an inch. Not bad for a $3 transforming blindbagged toy!

If you look at the photo, you may recognize the symbol in the corner from the Tiny Titans blindbagged figure line. in case you're not familiar with those, each one includes both a figure and a trading card - a card which, as the little symbol might show, has a symbol to be scanned into the RID app game.

The RID app has lasted unusually long for a TF mobile game, going live at the beginning of the series and updating with every significant new release of products. Perhaps Hasbro is looking to replicate that success. Or perhaps someone in the art department just reused those assets for Tiny Turbo Changers. We'll find out in April at the latest!

You can't tell me that Transformers The Last Knight wouldn't have been more entertaining if the movie's conflict was resolved by a rap battle between ...well, anyone really. But for purposes of argument I'm gonna go with Nitro Zeus and Cogman. Unfortunately that didn't happen. But to promote the Leader Class Megatron and Calibur Optimus Prime, TakaraTomy did engage the services of two Japanese rappers to extol the virtues of the two toys in a rap battle. It's all in Japanese, naturally, but it's more than hilarious enough to be worth a look. You'll find the video embedded in the full post just below!
The robots in disguise are visiting in Sioux Falls on Wednesday. Optimus Prime and several other characters from the Transformer films are visiting two Sioux Falls Walmarts to promote the most-recent film in the series, "Transformers: The Last Knight." The retail tour is a partnership between Hasbro and Walmart.
Amazon's exclusive Bumblebee Evolution 3 pack is now in stock! The Transformers Tribute set features three movie Bumblebees - the 2007 line's Classic Camaro, the "stealth colors" Classic Camaro from Age of Extinction, and the brand new mold Deluxe for The Last Knight Premier Edition. The set is priced at $59.99, which may feel a bit steep for two old molds and one current, but you also get some excellent themed packaging as part of the deal. Plus for a lot of people this may be the easiest access right now to the Premier Edition wave 3 Bumblebee mold! Keep reading for the product link.
