devastator looks sick and its a massive figure but way out of my price range at 100 bones...at this point I have a price limit...

I've seen a side shot on seibertron.com where the Bumblebee helmet is next to Devastator. The left arm is almost aslong as the helmet is from front to back (perspective taken into account). The individual pieces that make up Devastator appear to be huge. So four feet wide could be a possibil... read more

I like Devestator. Sure the lack of robot modes for individual characters is a let down but people spend $100+ for busts...so $100 for this dosen't seem so bad to me, really. My only concern is where I'm going to display it!

That's what Hasbro said. And I'm sure they mean with arms fully extended in a "T" pose.

Also, there's no way this thing is "four feet wide" as some are stating. It's laughable.

That Devastator looks terrible. It's way too simplistic in some areas. As far as the argument of having to use add on parts to make the combiner, "Gen. 1" Devastator would like to have a word with you. After seeing this movie incarnation, I'd honestly rather have Energon Devastator... read more

Holy S*** those are all awesome! if that construction-con that crashes through the bridge in the trailer is only PART of Devastator, oh man, he's gonna be so big it's gonna be sick. I'm surprised they didn't have any Megatron, sideways or Fallen, but oh well.

Speaking of green...I wonder why they decided to make Long Haul the lone green limb for Devastator? If I had to guess, I'd say it was just a nod to G1, but...sorta knocks off the symmetry...he could as easily just been yellow. Just something random that I meant to mention yesterday...not posit... read more

Olivus Prime of the TFW2005 Forums was able to sit down with Mark Ryan recently and talk Transformers movies. Ryan is the voice behind Revenge of the Fallen's Jetfire and Age of Extinction's Lockdown, and spoke of his inspiration for Jetfire, the amount of his own acting that was put into Lockdown... and perhaps most interestingly, a hint at the direction of Transformers 5 and the Transformers Cinematic Universe at large. Read on to see what he had to say!
Get your views in on the Transformers movies listed on Netflix as they will be removed from the listing at the end of September. Transformers: Age of Extinction and a number of other films such as the Hunger Games, World War Z that are part of the Epix distribution deal, have not been renewed at this time. We've been here before, where the deal was done only to be re-done at the zero-hour. Read on to see the quote from Ted Sarandos, Chief Content Officer at Netflix.
Empire Online has posted a ranking of the 100 greatest characters to feature in a movie, as selected by their readership. And Optimus Prime managed to make the list! Just barely avoiding falling in to dead last place, Optimus Prime ranks 98 out of 100. We're not entirely sure on what criteria people made their choices, but the bullet points on Empire's list might have you believe it's due to Optimus riding a dinosaur. We can but wonder if he wouldn't have ranked higher had he not murdered Frasier a short time later. Click through to get a link to the full list.
Following the long slow run up to Transformers 5 and the Cinematic Universe. We have some new insights from Daredevil writer Steven Dekinght. He's been part of the writers room sessions and gives us his take how things are unfolding. Paramount are "pulling all the stops" including a visit from Steven Spielberg himself. While no word on what the new Transformers 5 movie being worked on now by Akiva Goldsman and Jeff Pinkner, we do get a sense the new blood may actually produce a movie a story in it. Read on for more.
If you like busts and statues, then you're in business! Prime 1 Studios had pieces on display from Age of Extinction at Wonderfest this weekend. Busts of Optimus Prime and Galvatron, replicating the heads and upper bodies of the characters in painstaking detail, plus a full statue of Lockdown with one of his "hunting dogs". It's probably the best merchandise representation of Lockdown that will ever exist, and the price tag is sure to reflect that! Click through to check them out.
