Transformer Theme Song DVD Collection - Japan

 In the wake of Steven Spielberg's worldwide Hollywood blockbuster film Transformers, Columbia Music Entertainment of Japan will be releasing a DVD titled Transformers Theme Song DVD Collection. This will be a compilation of theme songs from the various Transformers animated TV series accompanied by video. This DVD will retail at 3,000 Yen and will be released in Japan on March 26, 2008. No cover art or track listing is available at this time.

by Primal-Convoy on Thursday, January 17, 2008 @ 09:49:24 AM | Hmm, its a bit weird to release this as it was only a few years ago that Takara released the entire Japanese TF song collection on CD. The only problem was (by their own admission) was that the western TF music was owned by some guy in the USA and they couldnt get the rights to release them on the CD (some of the USA G1 show music, mainly the incidental music was featured in the Japanese G1 show, you see).
I wonder if this CD/DVD will feature that? If its just the intros to all the shows then a quick google/youtube combo will yield everything on the CD...for free but admittedly poorer format.
