Transformers Revenge of the Fallen DVD Easter Eggs

By Liege Evilmus on Thursday, October 22, 2009

OK, so there's about 50 gazillion different copies of this DVD/Blu-Ray film out. I picked up the Target BBcase, and so far found 2 easter eggs on the special features disc.

1- In the Deconstructing Visual Bayhem menue, on the very last page next to Jackhammer Fight is a hidden Autobot logo. It features a series of bloopers narrated buy Wheelie.

2- In The Human Factor section there is a Hidden Decepticon Logo right off to the side of the Domestic Destruction option. It seems to be a blooper, but I don't really get it.

Anyhow, if you've found more, here's the place to list what you found and what set you found them on. Enjoy! - Post your Easter Eggs Here!

Well said Optics. Well said.

Prime flew right through those debris and was hit by some of them and did not blow up. If that plane really was a Seeker, don't you think he would be able to take those hits as well? They have advanced shields which were stated in the first movie. As for the voice, it was a human, you know why... read more

Greatshot. None of them were black and purple, none of them were blue. They were all the same color scheme— (link) They were indeed USAF F-22 fighters, not Skywarp, Thundercracker, or any other Seekers.

Yay, strawman argument is strawman. Where did you get the conclusion that a group of jets must be seekers? Again, how hard is it for you to see in colors? It's not that difficult to see one of them is black and one of them is blue. There is NO trick of lighting that will reproduce that. And i... read more

I think it was just a subtle nod to the seekers for the fans to see if any of us noticed. There is no definite proof that they are Seekers.....There is no definite proof that they aren't.

By the Matrix, are you serious that those are Seekers? Seriously? Just because you see a bunch of planes next to each other you think they are Seekers. If that was the case then SS destroyed the Seekers in the first movie. That F-22 that blew up around the pyramid was because it hit the debris flyi... read more

Except you don't, since you fail to acknowledge that 1), they're not identically colored as one is Black with purple highlights and one is Blue, which is very obviously noticable*. Show me some evidence of an F-22 in those colors in service with any branch of the US Armed Services. And more... read more

I thought the other jets where Decepticons in the Preview but if you watch the movie, you know that they were regular military jets trying to kill the Fallen. "Grasping at straws, we are now"

Was it not Starscream who was marked with USAF markings in the first film? So much was going on in the climax at the end of RoTF that I don't think it is beyond possibility that these jets were thrown in there as a slight nod to the original seekers, to see if people/fans would notice. Like i s... read more

Actually, yes, I do. At least one of them is destroyed by flying debris from the Pyramid during their attack run on Megatron and The Fallen just before Prime makes his move. Starscream is marked with those Cybertronian glyphs, those planes were marked with USAF markings. There were also more F-22s ... read more
