By now, the news is out that Animated Sunstorm w/Ratchet and Animated G1 style Shockwave w/Bumblebee are starting to hit the shelves at Target. There may be another surprise waiting, though. The newest wave of Deluxe class Universe figures are also cropping up at Target stores. Spotted at Target in Tracy CA were one each of Armada HotShot and Classics Ratchet.
