Video Review of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Constructicon Power Shovel
deathknell - Wednesday, February 04, 2009

Thanks to YouTube reviewer Peugh's friend Mike has posted a video review of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Power Shovel action figure.

This is the toy for the robot that was seen in the Super Bowl Sunday spot that showed the Constructicon whopping on the military and Optimus Prime. Check out the insider's detail on this strange but curious action figure now by clicking the Read More.

Thanks. This is just what I needed to read. When I first saw the trailer, I was highly annoyed at the unicycle guy. Now, you have actually made some good points that make perfect sense.

I think what will happen is that we will get an amazing Devistator made with well done construction vehicles while the bot modes of each vehicle are the only aspects of the toy that will suffer. I think we will get deluxe class size versions of the contructicons that will transform into cool looking... read more

I agree, I'm not to keen on wheel arms either. But maybe it looks better if you leave the caterpillar parts as is and don't form the wheels. I'd really like to see this guy standing on his shovel feet. Could imagine his cycle mode is just the upper body of devastator, maybe on his way ... read more

Has it actually been confirmed that this is a just a limb?? If "Devestator" is the big dude at the end of the trailer that Prime jumps on...this guy looks pretty much dead on.

1/ The vehicle mode cannot move (no wheels) 2/ The bot mode cannot stand up unaided 3/ FAIL I'm sure there is a much more superior fan mode for this utter turd of a toy, even though Haz-blow is offering a mediocre toyin the hope we will "buy it anyway to form a limb". Quantity over ... read more

Man, that was quick: TakaraTomy has published photos of their Movie The Best offerings for March 2018 as well! March will see releases of MB-16 Jetfire, MB-17 Optimus Prime Revenge Version, MB-18 Warhammer Bumblebee, MB-19 Hound, and MB-20 Nemesis Prime. Keep reading for more details!
Via Twitter, TakaraTomy has released a teaser image showing off the Movie The Best releases we learned about earlier this week. Not just confirming the listings we saw, this answers some questions about the toys that will be put to use. As it turns out, a reasonable quantity of The Last Knight toys are figuring in to the 2018 lineup including Leader Megatron, Hound, Bumblebee, and the current Optimus mold in the Nemesis Prime role. You can check out the full size image previewing the whole assortment just below in the full post!
Having taken place this week, the Christmas Toy Fair expo in Japan has afforded us a first look at Movie The Best Jetfire, which was initially revealed to us through retailer listings just days ago. From what little coverage we could find of the Transformers displays, it didn't seem like very much new was on hand. A clear look at Jetfire was most notable among other movie products we've seen many times already. An MP Bumblebee was displayed as well to promote the upcoming reissue in February. Sadly none of the newly listed Legends toys seemed to be shown during this event. Keep reading to see the photos!
Celebrate 10 years of live action Transformers movies with the next 9 figures in the "Movie Best" lineup! The new figures include MB-12 Jazz, MB-13 Bonecrusher, MB-14 Megatron, MB-15 Lockdown, MB-16 Jetfire, MB-17 Optimus Prime (Revenge Ver.), MB-18 War Hammer Bumblebee, MB-19 Hound, and MB-20 Nemesis Prime. Each fully transformable figure features premium deco and includes one or more accessories.
The new release of 2007's Leader Class movie Optimus Prime under the Transformers Tribute subline is now available for purchase in the US via Amazon. Like the Orion/Optimus Evolution 2 pack before it, this is apparently an Amazon exclusive. But, unlike the very unexpectedly reasonable price point of the 2 pack, Leader Optimus is currently listed at $79.99. But of course that does mean it qualifies for free shipping whether or not you're an Amazon Prime member. Is the very first movie Optimus with a fancy updated deco worth that to you? If so, hit the link in the full post below, and keep reading for a set of new stock photos of the toy.
