He's from the Japanese Headmaster cartoon. Soundwave was destroyed, but his cassettes were able to salvage his parts and rebuild him. He looked the same except for his color and he was renamed Soundblaster. |

As one who is into the toys far more than the cartoons/comics/mythos, I'm unclear on the significance of the Soundblaster character. Could someone enlighten an unwashed heathen such as myself? Thx! |

Practically none of the Animated characters are Wyatt's "own idea." They are almost all old characters. At least the Armada trilogy created some novel cast members. |

I didn't know you could take credit for something like that. Okay then: Next new Starscream mold announced, I'm going to suggest they repaint him as an homage to either Thundercracker or Skywarp. and if they do, I get to take credit for the idea. |
