BaCon's at Comic-Con International 2014, and he's got pictures of Hasbro's opening night display cases! Get a good look at the Masterpiece, Generations, Age of Extinction and Kre-O pieces on display as well as the limited edition guitar we posted about earlier. Keep reading to see wall-to-wall coverage of the booth, with a whopping 463 pictures!

Figure-Oh (Figure King) magazine has revealed that 3,000 Yen (About $30) worth of Age of Extinction toys will net you a special Astrotrain-themed Micron at Japanese ToysRUs stores this August. The clear purple plastic Mini-Con uses the same mold as Payload, the space shuttle partner of Generations Legends Cosmos. Keep reading to see the scan!

Concept Artist Steve Jung, who has also worked on The Avengers, has posted a selection of his concept art to Facebook. Highlights include the interior of Lockdown's ship and its very regal cockpit, the Hong Kong street battle featuring the Dinobots, and most interestingly Widow Maker, a female Decepticon who was to transform into a Pagani Zonda. She was Jung's only full character design for Age of Extinction and, sadly, she didn't make the cut. Click through to see all the mirrored images!

Robot Kingdom has shared an image of the upcoming AD-31 "Saikyou" (Strongest/Ultimate) Optimus Prime, which appears to be a power-up form of Prime that uses the Generations Leader class mold. Seeing as that mold was already used as AD-01 in a similar but superior deco to the US release, could this be a Silver Knight color scheme like the one Target seems to be so in love with? More info as it becomes available, but for now check out the incredibly vague magazine scan!

TakaraTomy is releasing a special DVD to support Lost Age in Japan. Along with some other promotional materials, the Autobot Daishukou DVD will contain the fun Diorama Story & Toy Demonstration from a couple weeks back. It also appears to contain episode 1 of Fight! Super-Robot Lifeform Transformers. Keep reading for the ad!

Appearing very, very briefly on ToysRUs' website this morning were a pair of Angry Birds Transformers products. The Optimus Prime Bird Raceway is a slot-racing set that comes with transforming "Ultimate Optimus Prime Bird" and "Ultimate Megatron Pig" figures, and the Energon Racers Pack is an assortment of Autobirds and Deceptihogs. Keep reading for images and some (hopefully temporarily) dead links!

Shartimus Prime brings us his latest Transformers 4 Age of Extinction Lockdown One Step Changer action figure video review and image gallery. Yea, its a One Step, but its LOCKDOWN!!! Give this video a gander for the full details on this snappy little guy along with a nice collection of high quality images for staring at.

What's coming and gone for most of us, has just begun in Brazil, France, Germany and other counties where Transformers 4 Age of Extinction's release was delayed due to the World Cup. As the movie continues to show, the big goal of a $1 billion box office is not too far off with current sales at $886.2 million. This is not certain as the biggest markets in the USA and China given up the lead to the new summer films like "Planet of the Apes" that moved into the top spot this weekend.

A member of the Chinese-language TF forums Transformers Never Die has posted an extensive gallery of AD-20 Black Knight Grimlock, the Japanese release of Generations Leader Class Grimlock. This figure has the stark grayscale look to go with its silver chrome... which of course means the torso's using a warmer color of chrome than the other parts of the body. I'd love to swap torsos between this and Generations Grimlock. Read on for mirrored photos, and lots of them!

Thanks to Hobbybase who have updated their facebook page with some in-hand images of the AD-23 Drift Movie Advanced Transformers Age of Extinction figure that will be released by Takara Tomy. Transformers Colombia - which is now sadly a private Facebook group - has worked their magic again and provided us with fourteen pieces of official character art for Transformers Angry Birds. While we don't have specific Angry-Birdified names for these versions of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Soundwave, Megatron, and a couple others, check out fourteen official images of the Autobirds and Deceptihogs below!

An official site for the Transformers Human Alliance Game has been launched by Sega Japan with what appears to be a game based on the characters from the first three Transformers movies. The trailer shows a Shia-like character by the name of Sam along with renderings of the Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Starscream and other characters like Shockwave lurking on the site page, in their pre-Age of Extinction forms. Read on to see the trailer for the full preview now.

The Age of Extinction mobile game is now available for free on iTunes! Described as a "Combat Runner," the game presumably entails running forward and avoiding obstacles while also shooting things. Check out the full article for the iTunes description and a link to the game!

"Give me your face... I will moisturize and exfoliate it, and smooth your wrinkles." Robot Kingdom has posted an image to their Facebook page of a Korean Transformers-themed beauty mask in both Optimus Prime and Bumblebee flavors. The company, Innisfree, makes beauty products for both men and women, but these masks are not featured on their website. Even so, keep reading for the image plus a link to the manufacturer's site!

Interviews

The Huffington Post have posted an interview with three time Transformers movie writer Ehren Kruger who penned the latest "Transformers: Are of Extinction" movie that swept box offices last weekend. In the article the writer shares a number of insights about how the so-called new trilogy was decided on as well as many of the aspects be brings to the table. We learn about director Michael Bay's idea to make this new forray a "Father-Daughter" story as well as the origins of Lockdown and the one character Bay will never do (which means he will, at some point).

Age of Extinction's Jack Reynor (Shane Dyson) and Nicola Peltz (Tessa Yeager) were interviewed by io9 about what it was like to work with director Michael Bay and how the effects shots were accomplished. Peltz described one finished shot she got to see recently as "That was (Michael Bay) hitting me with a broom." Click the title for an excerpt and a link to the full interview!
