Unite Warriors UW08 Computron - Hisashi Yuki Posts Box Art, Hints At Next UW Figure

Hisashi Yuki has posted the boxart for Unite Warriors Computron to Twitter! The eighth entry in the Japanese counterpart to the Combiner Wars line, Computron is deviating quite significantly from the Hasbro edition of the character, using different molds for three out of the four limbs and introducing a new head and chestplate to the Scattershot mold. Meanwhile, Yuki is teasing the next team of Unite Warriors - and Robots In Disguise just might get some recognition in its anniversary year after all. Keep reading!

Yes, that's right: Yuki seems to be hinting at RID Bruticus recolor Valdigus, AKA Baldigus, best known in the US as Ruination! The text of the tweets seems to refer to "Bath Day," which (judging from my clumsy Japanese Googling skills) seems to be a holiday in Japan falling on 4/26. Hopefully this isn't some cultural joke that has gone right over our heads, and we'll learn more about this figure soon!
