With Godzilla Vs Kong hitting theaters this week, I could not resist taking a look at what is a great paradox in the Optimus Primal character's lineage. While Hasbro chose a Gorilla and Tyrannosaurus Rex to lead the Beast Wars factions based on the epic showdown in the original 1933 King Kong movie. They crossed things up when they introduced a T-Rex named Optimus Primal in the Heroes Rescue Bots series in 2014. Which, brings us to today's shot featuring Rescue Bots Optimus Primal T-Rex (right) as Godzilla Vs Kingdom Optimus Primal (left) as Kong that is JUST PRIME!
