The Toei Anime Fair was a theatrical release featuring the Beast Wars Metals as one of three parts along with Takara's Microman and Licca-chan properties. As the name suggests, the Beast Wars Metals portion featured a mix of episodes and clips tracing TransMetals Optimus Primal's transition to the mighty Optimal Optimus form. To commemorate the event, these 2-inch clear blue Optimus Primal PVC figures were given to attendees.
