We're rolling out another Alt Mode Week feature with a look at the 2015 Year Of The Goat Platinum Edition Laser Optimus Prime. Years ago Hasbro made special editions for the Chinese New Year that were exclusive to Asian markets and Toys R Us here in the states. That year they made over one of the most original of all Prime configurations with the G2 Laser Optimus Prime. The figure was recast in a fortunate mix of bronze, clear (crystal), black, and grey color plastics that reflect quite well on the generously chromed tanker trailer.
