Third Party / Daily PrimeYup, you guessed it, another new Optimus Prime figure this years joins what I am calling, "OPTIMANIA". At least this addition gives us a new, reimagined Optimus Primal. The unofficial Li Jiang Bian Xing Gorilla Leader Commander of Justice figure is a totally original design, that appears to be a hybrid of vague 90s Beast Wars and Rise Of The Beasts character elements. What fails as a movie figure, succeeds as a really nice Cybertronian Robot Ape at a decent scale, with very good articulation. The LJBX Gorilla Leader is shown here (center) with the MP Style 2018 Generation Toy GT-10 Gorilla (left), and the 2023 Takara TOMY Ultimate Optimus Primal (right).
