Daily Prime - KOs Rush In As Studio Series 102BB Optimus Prime Orders Cancelled

With Target cancelling their exclusive Studio Series 102BB Optimus Prime Preorders recently, there are a lot of upset fans right now. For whatever reason, the inventory for the much anticipated Voyager class made for the Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts didn't meet demand. This leaves some collectors with facing having to pay scalper prices of $75+ USD, not get one altogether, OR consider unofficial alternatives.

Surprisingly, or not, the 3P/4P makers already have a number of different unofficial 102BB Knock Offs (KOs) hitting the market. From what I can gather, these are the figures out in the wild, with some of the details I could find about each one. Buyer beware, these are unofficial products with varying quality of production that may not be as good as the official Hasbro versions.

This looks like a close copy of the 102BB listed at 18 cm / 7.09 inches tall. It has plain grey parts and the standard accessories as well as second sword, axe, and what look like upgraded arm cannons. It is unknown if any remolding, fixes, or improvements were made.

Black Mamba OP-01

Release Date: TBA

Retail Price: $25 USD

This looks like a close copy of the 102BB listed at 18 cm / 7.09 inches tall. The OP-01 has an upgraded paint job that has silver parts with the standard accessories. It is unknown if any remolding, fixes, or improvements were made.

BAIWEI TW-1027 Commander Cybertron

Release Date: September 2023

Retail Price: $24 USD

The 17 cm / 6.69 inches tall figure has been updated from the original design with straight smokestacks, and reimagined arms, chest, wheels and other parts. The TW-1027 has an upgraded paint job that has silver parts. It includes a lot of accessories including alternate head, axe, arm canon, rifle, swords, communicator, wheel covers, truck bumper, and backpack.
