This is a very interesting new item they are calling a "statue" that transforms from truck to robot, has lights, and voice sounds. Look for this to be out in Spring of 2025 as a Takara Tomymall Exclusive with preorders opening later this year. Read on to see the translanted update with promo video and images that follow.

Takara Tomy 100th anniversary! New product!
Karakuri Statue KS-01 Convoy has been announced!
This is a commemorative product for Takara Tomy's 100th anniversary and Transformers' 40th anniversary. When you press the button on the pedestal, Optimus Prime transforms completely automatically, and from the original anime "Fight! Reproduce the transformation scene of "Super Robot Lifeform Transformers".
After transformation, Optimus Prime (CV: Tetsusho Genda) speaks his lines and his eyes light up.
Reservations will start from the summer of 2024 on the official shopping site "Takara Tomymall" takaratomymall.jp and others. The reservation start time and release date are subject to change.
