The Daily Prime rolls out with a leaked image showing a possible first look at the Transformers X Hot Wheels Track Fleet Optimus Prime. Mattel are going straight for the Classic G1 Peterbuilt COE Cab and Trailer that looks quite faithful to the original.
What looks like a preview image, appears to be real as confirmed by the T-Hunted Collectors group and even a retail listing on BBTS. This is listed for an August 2024 release, so we should see the preorder and official reveal soon. Note, this is likely a different product from the Mattel Collectors Optimus Prime release reported previously.

I was interested until I saw the $80 price tag. There is no legitimate reason for it to be so expensive. Pure price gouging!
Wow another G1 optimus prime nobody wants and with an $80 price tag to boot.
That Optimus, is a literal dream come true... but that price tag is most certainly not.
Never thought I would ever say this, but the Bumblebee actually looks pretty good. As a Transformer and Hot wheel fan, this is actually pretty exciting... but then again, it doesn't transform.
