Lost dreams link together across time! The legendary Arcee appears in the "Missing Link" series, a virtual reprint of what might have existed in that era. What if the unreleased Arcee was commercialized in a fully poseable version? This is a completely new design that keeps the size, texture, and nostalgia of the time intact!
In 1986, the product development had progressed to a non-transforming styrofoam prototype, but the legendary Arcee was never released. What if product development had continued as it was? Based on this hypothetical scenario, a new transformation mechanism has been implemented to match the size and basic structure using some die-cast alloys of the 1986 toy, and the ideal Arcee toy has finally been released, incorporating movable joints for posing and gimmicks depicted in the anime.
The phantom piece that Transformers fans around the world have been waiting for is finally filled. It is available in two colors: the initial version color based on pink/orange, the same as the styrofoam prototype at the time, and the pink/white color familiar from the anime. The head design is also based on the initial version.
While thoroughly pursuing the styling of the time read from existing materials, each joint is configured in a modern style. It is possible to pose freely. A small laser gun used in "The Movie" etc. is included as a reproduction from the anime scene, and in vehicle mode it can be attached to the bottom or rear of the body.
The familiar "secret emblem" is also attached to the robot body, and the army mark appears when warmed with your fingers.
Foil stickers inspired by the design of the time are also included, and can be attached as you like.
The back is equipped with a joint hole for a stand (sold separately), so you can display it in an action pose. The package illustration is a new drawing that evokes the style of the time, and a collection card featuring the same illustration is also included.
From the packaging to the styrofoam tray, a thorough homage to the era is paid, reviving the excitement of opening a Transformers product in the 1980s.
