Comic book TRANSFORMERS bots are stepping off the page and onto collectors’ shelves with TRANSFORMERS Timelines comic edition Timelines Megatron and Timelines Bumblebee action figures.
They are inspired by the TRANSFORMERS: HEARTS OF STEEL comic miniseries, which tells the story of an alternate timeline in which the TRANSFORMERS contact humanity for the first time in the late 1800s instead of the late 1900s.
The articulated converting figures feature comic-accurate deco and details. The 4.7-inch Bumblebee toy converts between robot and steam engine modes in 18 steps. The 5.5-inch Megatron toy converts between robot and infantry tank cannon mode in 17 steps. They come with hammer and arm cannon accessories.
I am pretty sure the Megatron/Bumblebee 2 Pack will be a regular Hasbro Pulse exclusive just as the previous one not an SDCC exclusive, but it will be available at the event just as a way to advertise the product because according to the livestream today they want and are planning on releasing more packs apart of this subline so they want it to be successful.
I think this is a mistake. Megs and Bee should be a "Normal" Pulse exclusive like Prime/Starscream. SDCC would've been a perfect opportunity to repaint Starscream and give us Thundercracker and Skywarp.
