Daily Prime - G1 Nemesis Prime Could Be First Missing Link Decepticon Release

We heard a rumor of the first Missing Link Decepticon release just last month. What was assumed to be something new, such as the Seekers or other other bad guys, could turn out to be a G1 Nemesis Prime repaint release of the C-01 Convoy. This is according to a recent post by @Cybertron International Zhuang Fentan, translated below:

A large number of Autobots are pushing out new things, and the Decepticons can no longer sit still. The good news is finally coming, the bad news: it's still Optimus Prime (repainted)

This is not totally without merit, as the highly collectible 2000 Takara Transformers 15th Anniversary 01 Convoy Black Version JAFCon Tokyo Toy Show exclusive has been the only official Black / Scourge / Nemesis style release to date of the original G1 mold. If this is true, it will be interesting to see what Takara TOMY do with the colors and accessory choices. Will it have blue, red, or purple paint apps and stickers? Will it have the sword, shoulder rockets, and or a cape? Hopefully, they will do more than just a repaint with stock stickers, like the JAFCon exclusive.
