Thanks to Hasbro designer Mark Maher @markclonus The dark side emerges from behind the scenes with the official look at the Age Of The Primes Voyager Flatline Voyager class figure. The repaint of the Armada Red Alert figure goes bad with this IDW remake that is all Decepticon. Read on to get the inside scoop on this new figure in the report below.

Knock Out smirked: “What’s more deliciously ironic than refitting our nightmare doctor into the heroic skin of an Autobot medic?” When Flatline’s spark was reignited within the new frame, he was furious—outraged to awaken in the guise of a hated Autobot. But Knock Out, ever the showman, convinced him: “Darling, don’t you see? You’re irony incarnate. They’ll think hope has arrived… right before you show them despair.”
Flatline soon realized the efficiency of the new frame—improved articulation, stronger medical appendages, and a mockery of the Autobots who once bested him. His hatred deepened, fueling his loyalty to the Decepticons
Big ups to my Japanese wild boy Tomo san for working on this Armada Red Alert mold. I always wanted a solid Flatline figure and once I went down this idea path I became obsessed. Once I played out the story in my head the lore flowed and my eyes glowed over with the blood red details and the jet black paintjob! I also couldn’t get over using the black fist for Red Alert as a move out of Luke Skywalkers jedi fashion tips.
I hope you add this guy to your collection and I hope I get some free time to finally dive into all the new reveals. Probably start with Big Convoy but a part of me wants to dive into the design challenges of Amalgamous and Quintus. Lemme know 👇🏻
