Following the official reveal of the Missing Link C-12 Grimlock, the official T-Spark YouTube channel has posted a new product trailer video for their new Transformers release. Check out the video showcasing Dinobots leader figure that will be shipping in July 2026 for more details on the features and accessories.
Lost dreams link together across time! The "Missing Link" series is a virtual remake of what might have existed in that era. The 12th installment features Grimlock, commander of the Dinobot dinosaur army!
In 1985, the Dinobots gained popularity with their innovative approach: adding five robotic dinosaurs to the Autobot army, which had previously consisted mainly of members who transformed into cars. Their commander, Grimlock, now appears in Missing Link with a completely new design and a host of additional features.
Grimlock transforms from a mechanical Tyrannosaurus into a robot. While the die-cast construction remains the same, both forms now feature movable joints, allowing for flexible posing.
The colorful mechanical details, which were recreated with stickers in the previous toy, are now recreated with three-dimensional sculpting and meticulous painting. The included saber weapon is silver-plated to evoke the Diaclone era, and the sharp tip is recreated with hard plastic. Two handheld guns, the double laser gun and the missile launcher, are also included. The missile launcher's missiles have been removed for added imaginative play.
Like the C-11 Delta Magnus, a female "human" figure is included, and can be placed inside the dinosaur by opening the cockpit hatch on its back. A "secret emblem" is attached to the robot body, and when heated with your finger, the legion mark appears. The back of the robot is equipped with a joint hole for a separately sold stand, allowing for display in action poses. The package illustration is a newly drawn illustration inspired by the original, and a collection card is also included.
ML Grimlock is finally here, but at what cost?
