The official Takara TOMY SNS gets it tread on with the reveal of their Transformers MasterPiece G MPG-28 Megatron Style Gen. figure. What was shown at the 64th All Japan Model Hobby Show in Tokyo, Japan is a rather beefy G2 styled figure that turns into a tank. Read on to see the first look at this release with update below.

When you see them side by side, MP28 actually still has a lot going for it - especially the best car mode IMO. I'm happiest with SS86, though I prefer the size and lower cost for less fear transforming them (and thus scratching paint).
