As it turns out the Alternate Universe Optimus Prime listing that appeared back in February is actually the Sleep Mode Optimus Prime that has been making the rounds online. Thanks to the in Package images by way of facebook we have a look at the packaging for this figure.

The box is looking very much like a Generations Selects type of offering with what is said to be a release date of July 15th for a price $49,95 on Amazon also fits the possible SDCC 2020 tie-in that may have been part of the convention exclusive offerings with an exclusive online ordering option that we've seen before.

Something of interest is the illustration that shows Hot Rod, Ultra Magnus and Arcee in the truck window on the front. This tends to support the theory that Optimus may once again pass the Matrix to another in the SIEGE TV show, or this could just be a commemorative release and nothing more.
