TakaraTomy Power Of The Primes August Release Images - Optimal Optimus Flight Mode Revealed!

Amazon Japan has listed all of August's Power of the Primes releases for Japan with new stock photos! Beyond decent galleries for each of the Terrorcons, there's also some photos of PP-27 Leader Class Optimal Optimus that confirm that he can indeed assume the Flight Mode of the original toy! Definitely reassuring given that even his package only shows a biped-to-biped transformation. The photos also give us a preview of September's TakaraTomy releases by revealing the identity of PP-28. The fine print on several of the images reads "PP-28 Solus Prime not included," revealing that Solus Prime with Octopunch will be the first PotP release for September.

This round of figures is due out in Japan in August of this year... but it's been confirmed that they will be 100% identical to the US releases, stickers and all, so collectors outside of Japan will probably want to save their money.
