Could a Black Remold of Tracks be Ravage?

Could there be a new Decepticon figure on the way? Charles5 of the 2005 boards has posted this news: "Saw this at a shop which sell proto/testshot today. Alternator Tracks's body painted in Black/Red, with a new Panther Head(new mold). The big decepticon logo at his chest scream the name "Ravage". Shop is closed when I get there, no chance to buy him. Form what I see there is no other new parts besides form the head. Hope there is a ebay auction up soon."
