BotCon 2003 Transformers Universe Original Comic Art by Dan Kahanna

Thanks to N-PUT for the heads up that Ebay seller temptingcollectiblesdot_com has posted a very rare auction featuring the original artwork for the Transformers Universe Original Comic drawn by artist Dan Khanna, with inks by Serge LaPointe. The images show the pre-production artwork between the pencil work and the coloring stages. I have included the final colored version as it appeared on the 3H Productions 2004 Transformers Universe comic by Simon Furman and Dan Khanna.

Cool are original ink pages for what became the OTFCC (official Transformers Collectors Convention) Transformers Universe Comic. These are not the original pencils by Dan Khanna, but are the inks by Serge LaPointe. Original art pages vary from the pencils and inks on the same page or two separate pages. In my personal opinion the inks are closer to the final product since some inkers change things that were not defined in the pencils. However, I've never seen the pencils for these pages, thus not sure if anything was significantly changed.
