Botcon 2014 - Generations Leader Megatron! ...And Armada Megatron Promotional Photos

Finally on the press kit parade we've got G1 style Leader Megatron, who's reported to include a sticker sheet so you can optionally make him an Autobot if you'd like to follow the IDW continuity. But most surprising is the toy's retool, as Armada Megatron with a new head and modified transformation! Keep reading to see for yourself.

I like it, but I think he needs a bigger arm cannon for Robot mode.

I like it, but I think he needs a bigger arm cannon for Robot mode. Expect to see the eventual G2 Megatron repaint. Hope they do a retool and repaint and make Armada Megatron into Galvatron...or the one the classics should have been. :tfevil

Oh wow. I did not even realize that the Armada Megatron was a Retool of the IDW version. I really want to get both, but I don't like getting two Transformers with similar molds. ( Although I was perfectly happy with the Generations Springer and Sandstorm sharing the simular molds. ) I might be leaning more towards the Armada Megatron, since I think a leader IDW figure is a bit too big for scale with the other Generations figures that I have ( Although I'm perfectly fine with Jetfire since he is suppose to be bigger. ) but this is all just my opinion.
