Botcon 2016 - Convention Comic Cover Art Gives First Hint Of Souvenir Exclusives

The first night of Botcon exclusives pick up is happening tonight, which is giving us our first looks at the non-boxset elements of the show's merchandise. Right now we have an image showing the two available covers for the Dawn of The Predacus comic, showing off some of the souvenir items. One of the two covers is by Sara Pitre-Durocher, who subsequently tweeted a full, clean version of her cover art that gives us a better look at the characters. Keep reading to find out who looks to be on offer this weekend!

Both covers depict the following characters: Megatron (being referred to by fans as "Transmetal 3", unsure if that's the toy's official name) from the Gigatron mold, Airazor from the TakaraTomy Slipstream retool of Windblade, Tigatron, a recolor of the boxset's Ravage, and ...Under-3. Using the Streetwise mold, it's a Generations representation of the toddler-safe toy from the original Beast Wars Happy Meal promotion. Sara Pitre-Durocher's cover also shows the Predacus combiner team members and the attendee freebie figure Terrorsaur.

We're awaiting in hand pics and further information on things such as the troop builder set and Golden Ticket exclusive, so stay tuned for more updates as they become available!
