Hasbro was promoting their new Dropmix game at SDCC 2017 this and will be taking it on the road to this year's penny arcade gaming PAX West event in Seatle Washington September 1-4.
The real news is they will be offering an exclusive Transformers card that can be used to in the game to activate what is expected to be the Transformers theme song. Thanks to the music gaming blog, Harmonix, we have a preview of the Transformers card graphics that you can see posted below.

Thanks to our pals over at the Allspark we have a very tuneful bit of news about the Original Transformers G1 Musical Scores Coming from Sony Records Next Summer. According to word they have recieved from composer Robert J Walsh is that he working on these original recordings for re-release in May of next year. There is even word that we may get a 5.1 surround mix along with other soundtracks from G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, and Jem & the Holograms.
Outrightgeekery reports that Ernie Burns Petrangelo of N.R.G. is readying a new version of "Instruments of Destruction," the song that accompanies the slaughter of the Autobot shuttle crew in The Transformers: The Movie.
Among others joining Petrangelo is Doug Aldrich, himself a TFTM veteran as part of Lion, the band that adapted the Transformers themesong for the movie. Keep reading for a preview video!

Autobase Aichi has posted links to two Amazon Japan product listings, both to be released on the 17th of September. The Song Masterpiece boxset is 4 CDs worth of (Japanese) Transformers related music. The Music Matrix 30th DVD isn't detailed, but we're going to suggest that it may be a selection of opening songs to Japanese Transformers series complete with the original animation.
