Optimus Primal is beefy and chunky, the toy responds to sound, not voice commands, so anything from a whisper to a shout will trigger one of the over 100 commands. If you were looking for a bargain Robosen Transformer, you'll have to keep looking. At $125 I find the toy overpriced, especially since AA batteries are required so I recommend waiting on a sale that would bring the price down to the sub $100 range. Other than that, this is really fun and something a whole family can enjoy.
