Youtube reviewer chuckdawg1999 has revealed an interesting surprise found on the Designer's Desk page of the the comic book packed with Combiner Wars First Aid. Where the same page of Offroad shows a probable Ironhide alternate head, First Aid seems to have a Ratchet-inspired head. We've darkened the lines on the image originally shared with Seibertron to more clearly show the shape of the head, so click through and have a look.
It's not evident yet when or how this sculpt might get released, but it's clear that the Transformers team is planning to get every bit of mileage they can out of these molds!
