Today, we are taking a look at one of the harder to find Commander Class figures in the Transformers Prime Cyberverse Nightwatch Optimus Prime from 2012. Many know the common version with the Dual Cannons. The Nightwatch version was released with two large swords that attach to his cab, hands, or store on his back. On a side note, it's interesting how some terms that have changed over time. The subline name "Cyberverse" that originated in the 2010 Transformers Prime animated series, is now the name of the 2018 "Cyberverse" animated series. Additionally, the Prime Commander Class, that was originally closer in scale to the current Core Class, has been reassigned to the Generations Commander Class between the Leader and Titan scale figures.
