Daily Prime - MegaSCF Cybertron Commander Convoys

With the announcement of the Transformers R.E.D. series today, I was instantly reminded of the non-transforming MegaSCF toys that Takara made in 2002. The 5-inch tall figures were a premium edition of the 3-inch SCF toys, only these were articulated and included lots of accessories for each character. Takara produced 15 different figures in this series with 7 of them dedicated to Convoy (Optimus Prime) in one form or another.

Today's Prime shot takes a look at all the Cybertron Commander Convoys that were made in this series. Released just before the Micron Legends series, Takara covered the G1 variants, Zone Star Saber & Leo Victory (Victory Saber), and both of the Micron Convoy modes. Each of them came with extra accessories such as hands, weapons, and even different heads. The complete list of MegaSCF Primes follows:

Convoy TV (2002) - Cartoon colors version with regular fusion weapons.
Convoy Metallic (2002) - Metallic colors with Megatron gun.
Star Saber (2002) - Zone design with sword and extra head,
Victory Leo (2002) - Zone design with Leo Victory combination parts.
Convoy Super Mode (2002) - Micron combined Super Mode with Minicon Prime.
Convoy Damage Version (2002) - Robot Station exclusive cartoon colors with battle damage paint apps.
Convoy (2003) - Micron "bendy" Convoy modeled on the powered down Convoy.
