Mint In Package (MIP) Monday goes back in time to 2012 for a look at the officially licensed Transformers Prime Optimus Prime Watch & Clock Mini-Backpack made by MZ Berger & Co.

The SDCC 2022 Thor: Love and Thunder Mini-Backpack exclusives reminded me of this set from the fantastic Transformers Prime (2010) series. Way ahead of its time, packing a Kronoform style transforming Optimus Prime wristwatch in with an alarm clock bearing an image of the Autobot Leader into a translucent mini-backpack is too cool for school.
