Now that we've seen through the flaws in the original Classics Optimus Prime deluxe figure. It only seems fitting to take a look at the Taraka Henkei Optimus Prime figure from the Sons of Cybertron Sets Welcome to Transformers 2010 Toy Hobby Market exclusive.
Takara improved their crystal version of this mold quite a bit. Best of all they removed the horrid spinning torso gimmick as well as smoothed out the articulation, got rid of the strange yellow crest, improved the paint apps, and cast the white parts in pearled plastic to make a more refined figure overall.
