This reminds of the many we Chinese New Years we have looked at already. One I have not featured until now is the biggest of them all, in the 2012 Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Ultimate Optimus Prime Year Of The Dragon MechTech figure.

The sets released in separate Chinese and English version boxes, were based on the mainline DOTM movie release. The CNY exclusive repaints the massive cab and trailer in festive red and gold colors with a dragon chasing the pearl of wisdom painted on the trailer sides. This Ultimate Alt Mode is really impressive considering the huge robot form hidden in the cab and trailer.
