e-Hobby Teases 2016 Transformers Project Number 2! What Will Be The Followup To Convobat?

Last night on Twitter, e-Hobby released a simple image with a message that translates to "No. 2 series project underway! Please look forward to it!" So pretty clearly this refers to a followup to Convobat, the impending Generations Titans Return-derived take on Beast Wars Bat Optimus Primal. What will it be? Keep reading to see the image!

So what could the next release be? Odds are good it's not Megalligator, seeing as they decided to release the head with Convobat and he's shown using a stock Skullcruncher body in the promotional comic. It may not even be Beast Wars-related, which opens some doors. Making a Scourge from the upcoming Titans Return Voyager-class Optimus Prime seems almost too easy, and also like something Takara might want to do themselves. There's always the possibility of a Twincast from Titans Return Leader-class Blaster or a Soundblaster from Soundwave. There's a variety of fairly obvious recolor options available, so we'll just have to wait and see if project no. 2 is one of those, or if e-Hobby gets creative on us.
