Flame Toys Furai Action Optimus Prime Packaging Revealed

Flame Toys recently announced Furai Action, a pre-finished version of their Furai Model offerings for people looking for a more standard action figure experience, or who otherwise can't devote the time to building and painting a model kit. Leading this new lineup is their IDW ver. Optimus Prime, a production sample of which has now been shown on the Flame Toys social media channels.

We have a first look at the packaging for this line, which features a window-front box, with additional cut-outs to highlight the additional parts, in this case Prime's rifle and extra hands. Flame Toys shared photos of the production sample, which shows relatively subtle weathering effects as part of its completed paint job. The end result looks pretty nice, but that does come at a cost - specifically a cost of $75, versus the $49.99 that kit version retailed for. But for some people that extra $25 to have it professionally finished might be worth it, especially as Furai Action moves forward to some of the other kits released already.
