HasCon Schedule Revealed! Details On Transformers Panels

The official HasCon website has posted its schedule, and we've got a pretty good idea now of the amount and type of Transformers content to look forward to! From behind-the-scenes looks at IDW, Transformers: The Last Knight and Hasbro's Transformers team to a look at the looming Titans Return animated mini-series, there's a respectable amount of panels to visit for Transformers fans. Keep reading for more info!

IDW: Transformers Comics - How Writers And Artists Bring Stories To Life promises a look at "how story ideas are developed and brought to life," with input from IDW's Transformers comics creators. It takes place twice: Friday, September 8th at 12:30 PM EST and Saturday 9/9 at 1:00 PM.

From Unicron to Megatron - Explore The Villains of Transformers is a history of what it says on the label, presented by the Hasbro brand team. It takes place Friday at 2:30 PM.

More Than Meets The Eye! seems to be more or less the equivalent of the Hasbro Design Team panel at BotCon, promising the first look at the future toy range along with behind-the-scenes looks at the Transformers design process. It happens on all three days: Friday at 5:30 PM, Saturday at 5:00 PM, and Sunday at 2:00 PM.

Peter And Frank Sound Off: The Voices Of Optimus Prime and Megatron! is Peter Cullen and Frank Welker sitting down to talk about their friendship and shared history with Transformers. It takes place Saturday at 12:00 PM and again at the same time on Sunday, with autograph sessions following at 2:00 PM, both days.

Transformers: The Last Knight In The Making is discussion of the making of Transformers 5 with producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura and some as-yet unspecified "special guests." It takes place Saturday at 4:00 PM.

Lastly, The Prime Wars Trilogy: See The Story Come To Life! is a look at Machinima's Prime Wars Trilogy animation, including Combiner Wars and Titans Return. It takes place Sunday at 11:00 AM.

That's actually a pretty solid slate, and the repetition of some of the more significant panels is likely a very good idea. We'll have more on HasCon as it's announced!
