Hi-Res Scans Of Unite Warriors Blast Off & Masterpiece Optimus Primal

Randy (Powered Convoy) on Allspark has produced some very nice high resolution scans of the recent issue of Figure King magazine, giving us the best look so far at Masterpiece Optimus Primal, and the Unite Warriors Combaticons - of course focused around the new Blast Off. While no new meaningful details are forthcoming from Primal, these scans do help us pick out a bit more on the Combaticon side of things. We've cropped out several items, to see these, get more details and a link back to the originals, keep reading!

While more elements of the sculpting of Blast Off are visible with the images at this scale, including a better sense of the details on the back - which I first theorized to be a "hidden" alternate robot chest when the original scans were released - there's not a lot more to tell. Where we find some interest though is the vehicle mode image of Swindle, which we can now see includes a new small gun. Rather than the machinecannon of the Hasbro release, this gun has a large open barrel. With the ability to be plugged to the shoulder, this would better emulate the cannon mounted to Swindle's arm in the cartoon design. It's unclear if this is an element already present in the mold or something that was specifically made after the fact for this release.
