Amazon Japan has put up their listing for MP-45 Bumblebee, the new heavily cartoon-faithful Masterpiece Bumblebee that has proven to be more than a little divisive among collectors. The product pages comes complete with a full load of product photos that show off a lot about this toy. We've seen some of the images here presented as slides during Winter Wonderfest last weekend, but this is our first chance to get a good look at much of it. Plus there's probably a few new bits in here too.
Of course we have the obligatory "It fits in Prime's trailer!" shot, as well as the accessory layout with alternate faces, weapon and effect part, plus Bumblebee will have its very own Spike Witwicky to pal around with, rather than needing to borrow one from MP-44 or another prior Masterpiece release. The side view photo presents a surprisingly compact looking backpack, although it still might look a bit of a mess having at least two-thirds of a deformed Volkswagen bundled up back there.
Bumblebee is expected to be released in Japan on September 27th. Based on MP-43 and MP-44 being solicited soon after Japanese orders opened, not to mention various MP+ releases, we imagine that official announcement of availability for MP-45 Bumblebee in Hasbro markets will follow along very soon.
