MP-45 Masterpiece Bumblebee Ver. 2.0 Release Delayed

TakaraTomy has posted a notice on their website informing customers that MP-45, the new "2.0" Masterpiece Bumblebee will be delayed from its original schedule. Having been planned for a release in late September, due to unspecified reasons, that has been changed to late November of this year.

Bumblebee joins a growing list of items that have been similarly delayed just this year, including MP-44 which was just released at the end of August - a month after its original schedule. This is likely to have a ripple effect going forward as well; MP-46 Blackarachnia was already scheduled to be released in November, and MP-47 Hound in December. It seems extremely likely that both of these will be pushed back at least a month each. MP-48 Lio Convoy *might* be the first in the chain unaffected, as it was already planned to ship at the end of February. But of course there's no guarantee that it will not also be struck by a last-minute delay of its own.
